Yerko concentrates his practice in administrative, urban and real estate law. He has worked mainly in the private sector providing legal advice to individuals and companies in the development of real estate projects.
STUDIES
Yerko is a lawyer, with a degree in Law and Social Sciences from Universidad de Concepción (2024), graduating in 2022 with his thesis entitled “Technical discretion and its judicial control in Chile”, which was graded with the highest grade.
EXPERIENCE
He has worked in the field of registry and notarial law, being an advisor and then a lawyer at the Third Notary Office of Chillán. In the private sector, he has advised on multiple real estate projects in the Ñuble Region. He has experience in the handling of judicial proceedings in civil and labor matters.
