Yerko concentrates his practice in administrative law, and its different regulatory areas, especially in urban and electricity law. He currently represents and provides legal advice to individuals and companies in administrative litigation as well as in the development of real estate and energy infrastructure projects, especially from the urban planning point of view and its different permits, authorizations, licenses and concessions.
STUDIES
Yerko is a lawyer, with a degree in Law and Social Sciences from Universidad de Concepción (2024), graduating in 2022 with his thesis entitled “Technical discretion and its judicial control in Chile”, which was graded with the highest grade. He also holds a Diploma in Urban Law from Universidad de Los Andes.
EXPERIENCE
He has worked in the field of registry and notarial law, being an advisor and later a lawyer in the Third Notary Office of Chillán. In the private sector, he has provided legal advice in multiple real estate projects in the Ñuble Region. He has experience in judicial proceedings in civil, labor and administrative matters. In the field of administrative and regulatory law, he has experience in the processing of various types of procedures, both sanctioning and special.
