STUDIES
Ximena has a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal and Social Sciences from the University of Chile (2023). Her dissertation was part of the Fondecyt Regular Project N°1221378, and was entitled “Human Rights of Indigenous Peoples and Environmental Conflicts: Property Law Standards used by the IACHR”.
EXPERIENCE
At University she served as an assistant in the Environmental Law course. She worked as an environmental litigation attorney at Vergara Galindo Correa Abogados from 2022 to 2024, collaborating in the preparation of reports on environmental jurisprudence issued by Environmental Courts, Courts of Appeals and the Supreme Court.
