Matías concentrates his practice in administrative, construction, urban planning, contracting and civil service law.
He has worked as a lawyer in the public sector providing legal advice in public works construction processes.
STUDIES
Matías holds a law degree from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (2021), a Diploma in Administrative Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2022) and a Diploma in Contract Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso (2023).
WORK EXPERIENCE
Between 2022 and 2024 he worked as a Lawyer in the Subdirection of Prosecution and Legal Counsel of the National Board of Kindergartens (JUNJI) of the Antofagasta Region, where he was in charge of the legal department of the Construction and Enabling of Educational Spaces, ensuring the regulatory compliance of construction, conservation and replacement projects during all their stages.
In addition, for ten years he worked as a professor of Civil Law at the Law School of Universidad de los Andes.
